As a non-profit organization we are in constant need of funds! EARS and the animals we rescue would benefit tremendously from someone willing to find and apply for grants so that we can achieve a more secure and steady stream of funding.

EARS is seeking a qualified individual to assist with developing our business plan.

Do you have business expertise to share? EARS is growing as an organization and could better serve our community and its animals if we had a facility of our own.✨ The first step towards this goal is a comprehensive and actionable business plan, which we cannot do without your qualified help! We are looking for someone to spearhead the business plan with support from several EARS board members.

EARS is also seeking volunteers to assist with servicing the Town of Edson Animal Pound on weekends (Saturday and Sunday mornings).

As an EARS volunteer, you would help us keep pound animals as happy and healthy as possible! Pound duties include providing food, water and fresh bedding, cleaning cat litter boxes and dog kennels, and sweeping and washing the floor. We service the pound on Saturday and Sunday mornings and alternate the weekends between EARS board members and our volunteers.
